1. Subscription Fee: I agree to pay the monthly subscription fee of R450, which provides access to delivery opportunities, the driver app, wholesale fuel discounts, and 24/7 support.
2. Commission Structure: I understand I will receive 80% of delivery fees, with payments processed weekly every Tuesday.
3. Safety Protocols: I agree to follow all safety protocols, regulations, and complete mandatory safety training.
4. Accuracy of Information: I confirm all information and documents provided are accurate, current, and belong to me.
5. Background Checks: I consent to background checks, vehicle inspections, and verification of all provided documents.
6. License & Insurance: I will maintain valid driver's license, PrDP, vehicle registration, and comprehensive insurance at all times.
7. Wholesale Fuel Discount: I understand the 5% wholesale fuel discount terms and agree to use it only for FuelLink deliveries.
8. Code of Conduct: I agree to adhere to the FuelLink code of conduct, including respectful behavior and no discrimination.
9. Data Protection: I understand how my data will be used and protected according to POPIA regulations.
10. Liability: I understand my liability and insurance responsibilities as a FuelLink driver.
